As Co-VID 19 starts to impact our lives here in Australia, we have been advised to limit all but essential contact with others. For the moment I will only be doing sessions online or phone. Its not my preference, but Ime sure you agree, neither is getting CO-VID 19. Please everyone look after yourselves, stay home and stay safe.
Life is too short to stay in a space you dont belong.
Just about everyone will experience times in their lives when they feel overwhelmed and find it difficult to cope. It's part of being human and living in the times that we do. For some people the struggle is ongoing and feels endless. It might seem impossible that you can ever move out of this place. Reaching out can be hard but not nearly as hard as staying in a place you dont want to be or dont belong. It can take real courage to take steps to moving to the next place.
I see people who are struggling emotionally in all sorts of ways in their life. Many of my clients have had experiences in their life that have left them frequently feeling unworthy, not good enough and not safe. I do alot of work with people who have experienced trauma (including complex trauma), childhood issues, difficulty managing emotions, borderline personality disorder and grief and bereavement therapy but people come to see me for many other different reasons as well.
