Do I sound like I might be the therapist for you?
I see people who are struggling emotionally in all sorts of ways in their life. Many of my clients have had experiences in their life that have left them frequently feeling unworthy, not good enough and not safe. I do alot of work with people who have experienced trauma (including complex trauma), childhood issues, difficulty managing emotions, borderline personality disorder, grief and bereavement therapy but people come to see me for many other different reasons as well.
I am pretty laid back and I will work to help you to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible as soon as possible. I work from a 'relational' framework which means that the relationship between us is the most important part of the therapy process and will be the foundation on which self awareness, self acceptance, growth and healing occur.
